Easy Street

"Igby?"

"Hmm?"

"Dimebag....Well that got your attention."

"Pavlov's pothead. I hear the sound of a bong clink and my eyes begin to water."

"You're funny."

Damn, I love that movie.

I used to say that when I graduated from college, I was only going to be able to afford a cardboard box to live out of. That box, I assured everyone, would be the most glamorous square piece of cardboard a person could possibly comfortably inhabit.

Now I'm pretty sure that I'll be able to swing an apartment with a bathroom and kitchen and living room turned bedroom. I haven't really thought about interior decoration though, I change so often that it might be a waste for me....

...but so long as the clothes, shoes and handbags are all nestled away in the closet, I think I'll be fine. The closet is always the first room in the house that ever really feels like home for me. I'm not sure why that is but I love it.

Daylight savings makes me want to sleep forever.

Love to you all,
Heather

Igby is one of the all-time great film characters. He is that flawed, non-traditional hero that you wish more films had the courage to portray.

Haven't seen it in so long but I really should re see. It also has Ryan Philippe and Susan Sarandon whom I love.

And Kieran Culkin is just so cute. I loved him in his short lived TV show Go Fish!
